Cancellation terms and conditions:
You may cancel your order without specifying reasons within two weeks in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The two-week term begins no earlier than with the receipt of this cancellation information. The timely dispatch of the cancellation notice or goods is sufficient in order to comply with the cancellation term.

Cancellation consequences:
In case of effective cancellation, the contract is rescinded and any payments that have already been made are refunded upon return of the supplied goods. Should the goods exhibit signs of use or damage upon being returned to us, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation unless the impairment of the goods is exclusively due to their examination as would be commonly acceptable in a retail store. Please return all goods to us in the original packaging. Goods that may be shipped by small package service must be sent back while other goods will be picked up from you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods if the goods that were supplied correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods being returned does not exceed € 40 or, when the price of the goods is higher, you have not submitted payment in full or a contractually agreed down payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise you may return the goods at no cost to you. In this case, please select the most economical shipping method and we will refund the incurred costs promptly. In order to receive a refund, you must meet your obligations within 30 days from the date your cancellation notice is dispatched.
