VIOSO distributes goods and services via electronic media. Your customer information is collected, processed and used in compliance with the strict provisions of German data privacy laws. We only use the collected data to the extent required in order to process transactions concluded with you and to maintain the resulting customer relationship to the extent permitted by law and desired by you.

Data transmission and storage

When you request a download link, your personal information is transmitted to our database. The download instructions are sent via e-mail.

How do we use your information for a order?

We require your address and telephone number in order to process orders or the use of other services (in case of questions and to verify your shipping address). This information is used in order to properly provide the services requested by you. Depending on the type of service, your information may also have to be disclosed to our own sales organisation or to sales and service partners of VIOSO GmbH (e.g. to a transport company such as Deutsche Post AG for the shipment of goods). Our data protection practices comply with the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Tele Services Data Protection Act (TDDSG).

Your confidence in us is so important that we use the data collected for an order exclusively for that respective order.

Anonymity

Your identity is not known to us when you visit our shop. You can anonymously examine our services and select products to purchase. Your personal information is only required when you place an order.
